From the moment I started thinking about making a personal website, I dreaded the moment I would have to sit down and write the "about me" part. In general, I really hate writing about myself. I never know what to say and how to sound interesting. I love the part where I get to write about dogs and trainings and agility - that is where the real fun is. But okay, lets get it over with.

I am 27 years old and I live in Zagreb. I am really close to finishing school to be a vet (yes, yes, putting it off a bit, but you know how it goes :), and animals have been my biggest love since realy early age. I still remember like it was yesterday when I watched a TV show about dogs that was on Croatian television and they did a broadcast about agility . I was maybe 5 years old, but I watched dogs doing slalom and I still remember some guy talking about the sport (many many years later it turned out the guy was Alen Mareković, now my very good friend) and I was hooked. But since I was a kid then, it took about 13 years for me to actually start pursuing my dream with my mixbreed Bo. Bo was actually more interested in running from the course then running the actual course, but I still started competing regularly and very soon got my first working kelpie. That was pretty much the point of no return. :)

Unfortunately, Bo is no longer with me, but today I run my working kelpie Will, croatian sheepdog Ris, rent-a-border-collie Vis and also I have my own young border collie Tic. More about then you can read in their own sections of this webpage. :)

I cannot say anything specific about my handling style or some big seller product I can offer. I pretty much trained myself during the years, and I had a great opportunity to watch closely some of the best Croatian and Slovenian handlers, compete against them regularly and I would always come home from a competition with a million of new ideas and was always eager to start training. I believe no dog is to old to retrain to something better (poor Will is the best example of that, I always tried everything with him and he was my loyal companion in our agility begginings) and I believe that talking about improvement is not actual improvement - I am more of a get-up-early-and-go-train type. I love training my dogs more then anything in the world, and also other dogs, every new dog is a new exciting project for me, and I love teaching other people how to do the same with their dogs and how to enjoy the process. There is nothing better then that feeling when your dog understands what you asked and you both get instantly happy with each other!

So enough about me. Enjoy the website!
